"Rock the Boat Brewery in Little Crosby currently have supplies of the following beers available; Fab Four (4.4%); Waterloo Sunset (4.2%); Yellow Submarine (3.9%); (sittin' on) The Dock (3.5%); Amber Submarine (4.0%).

Amber Submarine is one of Rock the Boat's "special batch" beers, brewed with different amounts and types of malts and hops each time. The current batch uses Pale and Mild malts as base malts, with Crystal and Caramel malts to give sweetness and colour, with Amber malt added to give a toasted/ bready flavour. The hops are Goldings, Fuggles and Pilot, all UK varieties."

Rock the Boat have been selling their beers in "bag-in-a-box" and bottles all year. They have recently started selling 9 pint beer "pouches". These work the same way as "beer-in-a-bag", but may be more manageable for those who can't get through 18 pints of beer quickly.
