The Blob Shop, Great Charlotte Street, is now serving cask ale. They had Rock the Boat Fab Four available on a recent visit.

The Liverpool Pigeon, Crosby, has closed and after a short delay it has been bought by a chain of pubs on the Wirral called Home Brew Tap who are gutting it as we speak. The latest I have heard is that it will reopen in early May.
Jaxons, has sadly closed. The owners says this is due to the ‘ongoing cost of living crisis and lack of support from this current government making the business unviable’.
